My name is Dr. Carrie Mugridge and I am the Executive Director of Learning Services. My experience in education includes time in several Kansas school districts as a classroom teacher, a reading and math interventionist, a building and district wide reading specialist, and various administrative positions.
As the Executive Director, I work closely with the School Principals and teachers to determine the academic performance level while developing and implementing plans to improve student achievement. I support teachers with curriculum and instruction in their classrooms, provide coaching, lead professional development, guide data-driven decision-making and manage all academic assessments.
